About the Artist

Craig Jones is a Mumbles based artist, inspired by the Gower Peninsula.

He creates vibrant, coastal artwork that blends bold silhouettes with rich
colour. Craig studied an Illustration Degree at Swansea University whilst
working as a beach lifeguard, and proudly graduated with First Class Honours.
After over a decade of lifeguarding and living in Mumbles, Craig is constantly
surrounded by the landscapes that fuel his creativity.

As a new father and dedicated sportsman, Craig embodies positivity and drive. With a forward-thinking outlook, he inspires those around him with his energy.

In the spirit of sustainability, Craig delivers the artwork locally by bike which is a great way to connect with his community. Alongside his design practice, Craig works as a school art teacher and leads creative workshops in local schools, helping to inspire the next generation of young artists.

Craig has been featured on S4C’s Prynhawn Da, BBC’s DIY SOS and Escape to the Country, plus many more national shows.
